Visits typically run 45 to 60 minutes, longer at the evaluation, and we confirm the time in advance and hold it.

HOA and Building Restrictions

Modification rules here are real and enforced. We work within them — tension-mounted and clamp-on supports that leave no marks, non-slip mats, a raised toilet seat, furniture rearranged, and a device selected to fit your elevator and stairwell. Where something genuinely needs changing, we write the clinical justification for the HOA or management, which is often what gets an accommodation approved.

We coordinate with UCLA Medical Center, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Marina Del Rey Hospital, Providence Little Company of Mary, and Playa Vista Medical Offices. Your physician receives objective measurements and progress notes after visits.
