For patients coming home after surgery or a hospital stay, we work directly with the discharge team so therapy starts in the first days home. Your physician receives objective measurements and progress notes after visits.

Our clinicians work in English and Spanish, and written home exercise programs are provided in the language the household uses.

How Many Visits Per Week

Most patients are seen two to three times a week early in the plan of care, tapering as independence improves. Frequency follows clinical need and measurement rather than a fixed schedule.
